The Cards arrived quickly, undamaged and were exactly what I expected. With the discount coupon, I will definitely use cardsdirect again.

Card Direct was very nice and shipped rapidly. They were also very nice when we called to register some issues with the product itself. So we have no complaints with their response, however, the product is another matter as is their control over the product. The cards were bent on the edges as a result of the packing process. The product was packed in a box that was an inappropriate size and then packed in a shipping box that was far too large thereby exacerbating the potential for the cards to be damaged. Cards Direct indicated they have no control over the warehouse so why use someone who can potentially send you damaged product each time you use them?
