My first impression was quick and easy to navigate the website. However when my envelopes came in incorrectly I used the web chat feature where I was told immediatly to call the customer service line. Why have a web chat function if the customer service specialists are not able to answer all questions. I called the number and my issue was handled quick and efficiently and I received my correct envelopes with in a few days. Overall it was a good experience and would purchase from them again.
