The card itself was pretty and substantial, even with the lesser priced paper. Service was quick. I received a message that my logo was not of good enough quality to print clearly. I called customer service and was surprised when I got to a real person quickly. He was polite and answered my concerns. After I sent them a better quality logo, my order was completed and delivered in short order.The logo was perfect, and the signatures looked as if they were done by hand. All-in-all, a good experience.
