I have been doing business with Cards Direct for 19 years. During those years we had never had a problem and the cards were always of great quality and perfectly printed. This year we had a minor problem, we were shorted one card. I notified their customer service primarily just to let them know for their own quality control as I was going to obtain a single card elsewhere. I contacted them via email, within two hours they responded, apologized and told me they were processing the order to take care of the shortage. I called their customer service and told the young lady it wasn't necessary for them to do this for one card and my reason for contacting them was to let their quality control division know and make sure they didn't have a problem with sorting machines or some other issue. She was very pleasant and told me the order was already in and being processed and not to worry about it. She even apologized for the one card shortage. The customer service at Cards Direct is outstanding and that coupled with the quality, large selection, rapid turn around, and very competitive pricing makes them the only place I will ever order cards from. I would like to thank them for treating me as a valued customer as in today's world many companies seem to ignore this fact and also for having such wonderful customer service representatives. You are truly a class operation.

We love Cards Direct, and have purchased our cards there the last two years. Great product selection, many with our preferred "Merry Christmas" greeting. Priced very well for excellent quality cards and envelopes. Delivery time was very quick too.
