When our calendar cards were delivered to our front entryway, there was a downpour rain storm. We were not home at the time and when we got home, the outside cardboard shipping box was saturated. Luckily only 22 of the foil lined envelopes received water damage. I contacted Cards Direct and sent pictures of the damaged envelopes requesting replacement. They promptly responded and sent us 22 new envelopes which we received in a few days.
