This card is perfect for a quick birthday hello. Reasonable and effective.

The price is cheap and so the card itself is just so-so. I would recommend it if you are on a tight budget and aren't concerned about the quality. It's a step up from a hand written letter, but not near as nice as a card I would pickup at the grocery store. Buy it if you are on a budget.
