The cards turned out really nice. We chose them because they happened to come in our company colors. The only downside was that we thought it was supposed to be foiled, especially the word "appreciation" which comes printed to look like glitter but is not actually shiny or glittery at all.

The cards are great, exactly the way they appear. High quality cardstock. You do need a ball point pen though to sign the cards to prevent smudging. The envelopes are also very nice - classy looking, but if you plan on running through a mail machine, they will smudge the postage ink and cause some issues.
