Sorry to say that the custom printed holiday cards were very disappointing. Although the price can't be beat, the old adage, "You get what you pay for." is true in this case. > The artwork on the cover is off-center by 1/8" and spills over onto the back of the card by 1/8". > The greeting on the inside is off-center by 3/16". > The text on the back of the card is off-center by 3/16". > The fold is off by 1/16" and the trim is off by almost 1/8", so the corners of the folded card don't line up right to left or top to bottom. Where was "Quality Control"? If it wasn't a time-sensitive holiday card I would have sent it back and asked for a refund or a re-print, but there just wasn't time, so we used the cards as is. CardsDirect has great customer service people and seems like a good company, but it's hard to control the quality of a subcontracted printer 1000 miles away.

My card turned out AMAZING!!! I had a million compliments on it. I was able to put 6 photos on and inside the card. I used the textured linen paper and it turned out gorgeous. I would highly recommend this card!

I loved the linen paper that I ordered this square note card on. The photo turned out great, and the texture of the paper was perfect. I plan to order more and give them as gifts!

We had our company's 20th anniversary logo printed on the card. Cardsdirect was very professional, helpful and prompt with our order. I highly recommend this product to anyone. It is very clean, and looks very expensive even though it is such an affordable price! We will definitely be using Cardsdirect again.

The final product is very good quality and customer service is excellent. They made sure I got the order when I needed it but forgot to include the envelopes. Still, I will continue to order with them due to the quality of their work and willingness to fix any problems along the way.
