This is my first time ordering from CardsDirect for the company I work for and as a designer, I really appreciated the flexibility with the typography and images, and how I could add either to the entire inside of the card plus the back and include our logo on the envelope (front or back)! We also did envelopes that had the return and mailing addresses as well as a stamp. Merging in the list was flawless and allowed me to see everyone's address for proofing in case I missed something in the list. Overall, creating our cards on your site was very intuitive, easy and fast. And whenever I had a question, someone always responded to my chat within minutes and did so with a very pleasant demeanor. My manager was impressed with my experience, the quality of the cards and the quick turnaround; so I have no doubt we'll be using CardsDirect again! I've made several orders with CardsDirect over the last couple years. The primary thing that stands out to me is their exceptional customer service, during a time when other companies seem to be scaling back on this. As soon as I've made personalized orders through the website, I have received an email from a designer at Cards Direct. The email asks if I have any questions and offers assistance with any of the following steps, such as uploading my recipient list for envelope print. This also gives you a direct contact person for your order, who assists you from that point. I have also contacted Cards Direct by phone and had friendly and helpful representatives assist with my order. The cards we have received have always arrived on time and in great condition. The envelopes are printed without smears and all the different types of paper I have tried through this company have been good quality. I very rarely write reviews... I have saved time by receiving their efficient customer service, and so it is fair to take the time to thank CardsDirect Reps by writing a quick review.

This was our first year using this company for our business holiday cards, and we were very happy with the overall experience. They were high quality cards and envelopes. The turnaround time was very quick, which was great because we had to submit to reorders! I would absolutely recommend this company.
