Proofing Your Order

Once you've designed your anniversary card, we'll email you a proof for approval before shipping your order. To review your proof, click the 'Approve' box next to each card surface and then select 'Submit Proof' at the bottom of the page. After you approve the proof, we'll print and ship your order. You'll receive a confirmation email once it's on its way—be sure to check your junk or spam folder if you don't see the email in your inbox.

How Long Will My Order Take to Arrive?

Custom anniversary cards require 1-4 business days for production and 1-6 business days for shipping, depending on the shipping method and destination. Add items to your cart and select your preferred shipping option to get an estimate for delivery and shipping costs.

Please note that the estimated delivery time does not account for additional services such as addressing, special instructions, artwork assistance, or proof approvals, which may extend processing time. You can have your anniversary cards shipped directly to your home or take advantage of our full mailing service. With this service, we'll handle the stamping, addressing, and mailing to your recipients. Choose "Addressing + US Stamp + Mail" during checkout.

What is Your Return Policy?

We are committed to providing high-quality products and back them with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If an error occurs on our part, we will resolve it at no additional cost to you. However, orders delivered without material defects are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please review your order upon receipt and notify us of any issues within 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot process replacements or refunds after this period.
