Reviewing Your Proof

After designing your anniversary card, you'll receive a proof via email for approval before we print and ship your order. To approve, check the 'Approve' box for each card surface and click 'Submit Proof' at the bottom of the page. Once approved, we'll begin production and send a confirmation email when your order ships. If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder.

Order Processing and Delivery Time

Custom congratulations cards take 1-4 business days for production and 1-6 business days for shipping, depending on the method and destination. Add items to your cart and select a shipping option to view estimated delivery times and costs.

Choose to have your congrats cards shipped to your home or let us handle the mailing for you. Our full mailing service includes stamping, addressing, and direct mailing to your recipients. Simply select "Addressing + US Stamp + Mail" at checkout.

Returns

We stand behind our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If we make an error, we’ll correct it at no extra cost. However, orders without material defects are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please inspect your order upon arrival and report any issues within 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds or replacements after this timeframe.
